Digital Nomad Visa

A work visa for people who work remotely for themselves or companies outside of Namibia who wish to live and work and travel in the country for six months.

Requirements:

Forms to be completed:

Completion of visa application form (3-1/0033) signed by applicant

Accompanied, dependent must complete separate application form (3-1/0033)

Medical Certificate (3-1/0003)

Radiological Report (31/0004)

Supporting Documents

Certified Copy of passport and /or legal status if in Namibia

Proof of Medical Insurance and/or comprehensive travel insurance

Marriage Certificate

Full Birth Certificate

Motivation letter from NIPDB (Letter to be submitted directly by NIPDB to MHAISS with application forms and supporting documents)

Proof of Income/funds (Payslip/Employment Contract) to sustain yourself and dependants (USD 2000 - Applicant, USD 1000 - Accompany Spouse, USD 500 - per accompanying child per month)

6 Month Bank Statement

Applicable fees: N$1 100 Required upon approval

Motivation letter from Employer

Copies of qualifications

Original Police Clearance from Country of Origin (translated into English)

Proof of tender/contract awarded (if applicable)
